    the sensitivty slider is moving in multiple of 3. is there a way i can edit it in the config to be more precise.? 

    like the slider would go from 1.00 to 1.03 then 1.06, 1.09 etc. ...

    Analyzed this game a bit further now, and there is a file you can set the sensitivity accurately in. It requires a hex editor and to find the correct bytes in the file. Added it now, see the notes for some instructions :)
