Under 'Settings -> Controls -> Advanced Controls' there are separate settings for Aiming, Hipfire and Look sensitivity that seem to have differant values to the "Mouse sensitivty" setting in ''Settings -> Controls'. How do these factor into the calculator?

These settings are for controller input only sadly, a shame as they offer a lot better granularity.

Setting 1 to everything in Settings > Controls > Advanced Controls makes my aim super slow, so they do work. Can you add them to the calculator? I think it's a new update. I'm playing on PC on Steam, using Mouse and Keyboard

I've added support for this now, as well as aiming sensitivity.
