You can click the value to enter the sensitivity manually, but it won't go higher than 100. If you can't increase your DPI to make it more sensitive, try with a tool like Rawaccel.

Zoom sensitivity is added.

Strange. No, it's snappy and responsive here, no issues. Is it the same issue in 3rd person?
