Config file does no longer seem to work, so you are unfortunately stuck with the in-game sensitivity.

Yea, it will be the same if you choose MDH 0% for the normal conversion. Which one is best is not possible to answer as people have different preferences. But MDV 0% is used by quite many for aims.
