there are a few guns missing or do they use the same scaling?

weapons:

Pistols: no idea (Sheriff)

SMGs :  1.15x (both)

Sniper:  2.5x , 5x (2nd zoom on operator) 

ARs: 1.5x (guardian)

those values are according to ingame description.
