What happens now is that some packets from the mouse gets duplicated, meaning the mouse sends a packet to move for instance 100 counts, and the game does this twice. This happens randomly, but in effect it is actually random acceleration.

So I like to play on 3200 DPI but this is a pain in Tarkov because then you HAVE to use the config file every time you want to change sens and you turn to fast when holding middle mouse to look left and right.
Well, I've found a way to get the numbers you need for the sensitivity within the in-game range while at high DPI and also lower the speed at which you turn while using the middle mouse function: simply open the config file shared.ini as you would to change your sens normally and then search for 'TurnY' and 'TurnX' and lower the first two 'sensitivity' values. (there are also a 'LookX' and 'LookY' but I didn't find any change from these, leave them be, it can be easy to get mixed up)
Depending on what DPI you use depends on how much you will want to lower this. For me, as I use 3200 DPI and the value is '5.0' by default, I lowered this by a factor of 10. This makes sense for me as it also lowers my sensitivity by a factor of 10 (your sensitivity will be lowered by however much you lower this value) and my sensitivity for hipfire WAS 0.075 and for ADS 0.04, making it a much more reasonable 0.75 for hipfire and 0.4 for ADS now. Meaning if I change armor, I no longer have to quit the game, edit the config file and relaunch. I can just do it in-game.
Note: whatever you adjust the default sensitivity of 5.0 by is how much you need to adjust the sensitivity you get by using the calculator by. For example, I divided my 5.0 value by 10, so I multiplied my sensitivity by 10. So if you divide the 5.0 by 2, making it 2.5, you multiply your sensitivity by 2 and so-on and so-forth.

Halo Infinite m_yaw is just under 0.00036 rad or ~0.0206265 deg. Sensitivity is in increments of 0.1 and hipfire is unaffected by FOV. Hipfire FOV settings are a slider from 65 to 120 but actual FOV is the same as MCC.
Haven't checked scopes much but there are individual sliders for every zoom level. Only in increments of 0.1 though which makes it a bit less useful.

I've posted a bug report on the EA forums so that the devs can see that there are some issues with the 1X ADS sensitivity slider: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/The-1x-ADS-sensitivity-slider-is-shared-between-3-different-zoom/td-p/10452790
If this gets enough attention, Respawn might fix it, as they've done in the latest patch, where they included the option to disable the FOV changes when using abilities such as Octane's stim or Bloodhound's ult. That FOV issue was also posted on the EA forums, it had lots of support and it was even upvoted by two EA CMs. This bug report about the 1X slider has also been upvoted by one of them already, so it could get somewhere.
Upvoting and commenting to bring this issue to the front pages on the EA forums would help a lot, so thank you to anyone who does it.

They just pushed out a patch specifically for fixing mouse issues, I'm loving these devs already.

Edit: Just tested the game with the sensitivity below previous threshold, seems to behave normally now.

Buy it (if not free) Download it Potentially play a bit Analyze movement Reverse engineer sensitivity formula Measure FOV/reverse engineer it Analyze potential aims and reverse engineer them Potential issues with acceleration/smoothing or similar needs to be worked out or worked around and so on Then it needs to be tested and verified to work as intended with The calculator Different DPIs Different FOVs Reporting rates Resolutions Aspect ratios Windows settings and so on. Adding a game can take anywhere from a few hours to many days. It's a bit more work than adding a game name to the calculator... And premium members usually gets priority.
