Still a huge issue here. When moving very slowly the sensitivity is actually correct, but fast movement results in a huge acceleration spike.
Try this, set the sensitivity to 1, point at a vertical line and move your mouse very slowly to the right from edge to edge on your mouse pad, then really fast back to where you started. It should look something like this, instead of ending up in the same spot it overshoots by about twice the distance due to the acceleration.

    All these are added.
Even with smoothing off this game has a lot of negative acceleration, so it can't be added.

I really, really hope this port doesn't have the same issues as DOOM + DOOM II... Though, maybe the random acceleration issues were fixed on the January 28th or April 10th update? Kinda doubt it though :(

Yes, for various reasons some games are premium for the first period. I can give you a more detailed explanation in DM's if you like.

Damn, there's a lot of acceleration now, so sensitivity is more or less random. There's an "KeyboardMouseUnitySmooth" option in the config file which is default false, setting it to true changes the sensitivity scale, but does nothing for the acceleration. So for these reasons I have to remove the game.

This game does not seem to have a sensitivity setting at all, so it can't be added.
Both sliders affect mouse sensitivity, the game is added now.
    These two are also added.

This is already added under the old name Sound Space Plus, I will rename it.
    These two are added.

The sensitivity slider have no numerical value, but it moves in very small steps. Count the steps manually starting from 0 when the slider is all the way to the left.

Thanks! So the issue here is that your Monitor Distance Coefficient is 0.68 in the settings, and 1.33 i the calculator. Set it to 0.68 in the calculator, and the calculations will match: https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=b801fbfc1a2dbbdb118e764ba75fb6a6

Still pretty bad unfortunately, I can't see this helped anything on the consistency. Latency is not the issue. See this video, this movement is supposed to be consistent, instead it speeds up and down due to the random movement of each input:

I'm not finding anything off here, it uses the same sensitivity as CS2 etc, but without the FOV affecting the 360 distance.
Are you using the mod? Can you attach your config file so I can try it directly, as well as share your conversion?
It's grayed out because it doesn't support config file sensitivity, so change location to in-game
These should be the same as the entries already added.

I actually decided to email support, and it looks like they are looking into the mouse sens problems, which is nice.

Nice, let me know if they request more info, I think the best I can provide is a video showing the random spikes where the movement should be smooth.

I was updating my python script and dug into the exact code for scope sensitivity. Any given scope has static multiplier calculated with
PlayerIronSightFOV / FieldOfView * ScopedSensitivityMod * 0.01333 with variables pulled from each scoped weapon's relevant KFWeap .uc file. e.g. the railgun:

    (70/23 * 16 * 0.01333) = 0.6491130434782608695652173913043478260869565217391304347826086956... Also the Husk Cannon is 50 FOV base, not 60.
Hopefully comprehensive list of Non-Scoped FOV:
Minigun: 82 Microwave and Flamethrower type weapons: 80 Pistols: 77 Blunderbuss and most SMGs: 75 Grenade Launchers and Scorcher: 73 Everything else, including the thompson, mp7, and medic smg: 70 Lever/Bolt-action, Gravity Imploder/Sonic Gun/Thermite Bore/etc., and Frost Fang: 65 Riot Shield: 64 Husk Cannon and Mine Reconstructor: 50 Scoped weapons:
    All have PlayerIronSightFOV=70
    ScopedSensitivityMod=8 and FieldOfView=12.5 (multiplier=0.597184):
FAMAS FN FAL Cranial Popper Storm Cannon Mk14 EBR M99 Parasite Implanter ScopedSensitivityMod=12 and FieldOfView = 18.5 (multiplier=0.605254):
    Both crossbows ScopedSensitivityMod=16 and FieldOfView = 23 (multiplier=0.649113):
    Railgun

They just all share a sensitivity multiplier of 0.597184. The actual scope FOV will vary based on the actual weapon model, as far as I can tell. Unless I've missed something in the code the FOV seems to be something it happens to be because of their screen within a screen implementation and not anything actually configured. e.g. if the scope is big on screen then there will be a lot of zoom.
Edit: further clarification on this. The actual physical scope shares an FOV. Like whatever is at the far edge of one scope will be at the far edge of one of the same configuration. The difference is that some scopes are "bigger" so they have more "zoom" in the sense that they make enemies on your screen larger. But the size of the scope is dependent on the weapon model and view model FOV, to the best of my knowledge.

It worked like a charm, thanks! Values lower than 90 seem to work fine, but going over 120 just breaks FOV; instead of becoming wider it becomes way narrower (tried it with 132). So yeah, if anyone with an ultrawide monitor is reading this, just follow this guide and the poor ultrawide implementation will be fixed.
Here is what I'm rocking and I can confirm in works flawlessly: https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=53659ce78fcf91cb8519ce068ee73e12
