CSGO to have 103 HFOV as Overwatch with Black Bar method

I have seen many posts talking about the black bar method in Overwatch and PUBG to have the same fov as CSGO (106.25 HFOV). However, I am wondering whether there is a resolution or method to make CSGO have the same FOV as Overwatch and PUBG (103 HFOV). For Overwatch to have the same fov as CSGO, we can have 1810 x 1018 res. How about CSGO to have Overwatch 103 HFOV? I am asking for a calculation or a method for help. Please help me with this!!!
