Whats better for hipfire 360 or monitor distance for different FOV

I wanna know whats better to use for Hipfire?  
is it best to use Monitor distance or just 360 distance when you use different fov..

Because i used 103 FOV on PUBG and on super people i am using 110 FOV and my sens feels slower and it messes up my shot. i dont know whats better for me to use for muscle memory?
