What polling rate are you using? Do you notice any difference between 125Hz and 1000Hz?

Okay, i tried it out, and it SEEMS like its gone or less noticable, but, playing with 125HZ certainly feels horrible. Using a 360HZ Monitor at least.

It feels choppy. So Fortnite only runs with 125Hz without smoothing? Strange how popular it is, and how little i find complaints about the mouse feeling in this game.

Have not tested it with 125HZ, i was running 1000. So you have to play on 125? Didnt know that. Kinda odd for such a popular Game. Will test it next time.

  3. So, i read that the Accelleration and Smoothing isnt a thingf anymore.

But on my PC it definately is.

I dont know if i am having some old ass cloud file wich keeps resetting it, but i dont know how to fix it.

    Its unplayable for me.

I fully reinstalled the game. It launched with my old sens settings, i have not played in ages.

The mouse feels sluggish worst is when moving fast for flicking.

maybe someone can help me with it.

Anyone knows how to reset the settings fully? Or is there still something you have to adjust for it to stop?

Im just angry at this point, this freaking game, whats so hard about making some raw input for mouseplayers.

  4. Hey, i think they updated the scopes and the senses with one of the last patches.

They feel much more in line since then. It would be nice if you could check and upgrade the calculator if its true.

    Thank you!

The location is the same, but the config file has a new name. I've updated it now :)

Is this for Battlenet and Steam the same?

I had no Problems with aiming when i played the Beta (Steam) but the Accell feel is insane in Battlenet when it released.

Could not test it yet with the correct file, just wanted to make sure its the right one für bnet launcher too.

I uninstalled it yesterday in hope that it would fix the issue or at least give me less possible files to tweak. :D

  6. Yeah i know, but ive played Battlefield since BF1942 and i never had any issues before. Exept maybe in the BFV Beta that felt a little off too.

If i didnt play a lot of different shooters i would not be that suprised for some scopes to feel so different. But it just seems to be the way it is with this game.

I have to wait and see how it feels when the frame drops get fixed. Its not a good experience over all anyway to that mnight just be the key factor to a better aiming experience.

  7. why does it feel so off on some scopes though, i just dont understand.

i just got used to using coefficient of 0% on all other games... and was confident this would be the go to setting from now on.

Playing BF2042 ... i just cant use some scopes, they feel way to "speedy"

FOV Scaling Sensetivity is On. Used all the settings from the calculator.

    For example:

Using the Fusion Holo feels absolutely fine. Using the K8 Holo feels slightly off.

Did not have these issues with other games. Is it just a battlefield thing? Played the last 2 Call Of Duty Games with a setting of 0% and it just felt absolutely fine on all scopes.

Apart from massive input lag in the game, this is giving me a headache, and i keep checking the forums here if you guys found out anything, but all i see is that its working as intended.

So why does it feel so bad? Placebo?

  8. somehow it soesnt work for me, get to 100 when i paste it-

EDIT: You have to copy it with , instead of .

    now it worked. Nice!

the game does not keep the same 360 speed when you change the fov, so it was a pain to find a sens thats acceptable.

I only have the Microsoft Store version as well now, but the in-game sensitivity supports 3 decimals so the config file should be unnecessary other than for the FOV. Updated the game :)

I tried it when i first launched, but i didnt even think about trying to copy it and paste it ingame. Will try now, thanks a lot. Still this Gamepath is just bonkers.

  10. Hey. It seems like they have the config file changed in the XBOX Gamepass Version of The Game.

I already found the path for the fov or fullscreen fixes:

(You can not make this up...)

    C:\Users\Kugelmagnet\AppData\Local\Packages\WarnerBros.Interactive.e172091a-6630-4ff3-959f-830_ktmk1xygcecda\LocalCache\Local\Back4Blood\WinGDK\Saved\Config\WinGDK

(Yes thats the actual Path where the Game.ini is found... Fullscreen fix works, already tried it.

BUT: I can not find the PlayerConfig anymore.

If anyone knows where to find that, i cant change the sensitivity because ... yeah i didnt get the game from the publisher for steam but for xbox store.

I'm not sure exactly how you feel them being different, but it might also be down to how the game runs. Anything from motion blur to low latency mode might make the games feel different even when they are the same.

No its not an FPS issue, i play without blow etc. Its all set for max fps.

Unless you are encountering a bug in the sensitivity, using the same settings (coefficient and ads speed) when you use relative is exactly the same between the games. This is tested and verified extensively. The math perfectly matches the reality, the settings do exactly what they intend to do. But note that, as mentioned, aims with the same power are not the same (in terms of FOV) between the games. Their relative sensitivity is still correct though, but their 360 distance will be different.

Hmm thats so strange. I uses 1.78 in CW because 1.33 felt so weird, had no issue switching between cw and mw. Aim was always "right"

Now i play cold wars take on warzone and the cw weapons feel absolutely strange.

Might be a bug. Will test it, if you guys say its the same for both games, i trust you. Just didnt feel like it.

    Thank you for the help!

complete non issue when configured correctly

    no need to use 178

What does configured correctly mean? If i use the same settings in CW its not the same aim.

I have Relative, 1.33 in MW with 0.8 ADS Sens. On FOV 103 - I use that in CW the scopes feel off. Even when switching between CW and MW Weapons in Warzone.

I dont understand how that is even possible, its literally the same game there, in any other game you set the coeffiecent for all weapons the same.

What else is there to configure, without changing my MW sensitivity settings?

  14. 7 hours ago, DPI Wizard said:

This, unless you are using legacy in MW you can use the exact same settings in CW.

No i am using Relative. And it did never feel the same with 1.33 coefficient using the same settings from MW in CW.

I use ADS Speed of 0.8 in MW. If i use that in CW with 1.33 it feels completely off.

Unless they patched something, but why do sights feel so different in WZ then between the guns of MW and CW?

  15. So now the Cold War Guns are in Warzone...

You have to use coefficient of 1.78 to match the ADS Senses of MW... now you have the MW and the CW Guns in one Game...

Theres no way to bring these in line, is there? Its literally a game with two different calculations of ADS, but only one coefficient for both breeds.

Am i missing something? Or is it incompetence at max level to implement guns like this!?

No i am finally hitting shots in Cold War, i can not play Warzone anymore?

How can they mess up like this :D
