Well, S4 League is no more, but there is a new Fangame called S4 Xero. Pretty much the same but with a few more advancements, such as 2 FOV Options

Would be nice if this one is given an Update when time is given. This game sure is some nostalgic for some

Sorry, I missed this post. I've updated the sensitivity and added adjustable FOV now

For me it's not working. It doesn't show any output or input at all

 

I forgot to update the minimum value, fixed now!
