They are all linked in Apex, so you can't set them individually. Apex scales the scopes to the equivalent of USA 0%, hence the scopes will not feel the same since you have USA at 133%. If you select "All w/ ADS" for Apex you should get as close as you can get. Do like this (also confirm your BF4 FOV!): Link to comment

Do like this (also confirm your BF4 FOV!): Sry forgot to add fov, its 74 vertical, so i just put in fov and do like you said it should most accurate possible? Thank you Link to comment
