Ghost of Tsushima DIRECTOR'S CUT

The sensitivity and FOV changes depending on certain actions and where you are (indoor etc). The calculations are for the view when you move around outdoor.

Why the calculator never seems to work?

Recommended Posts

I'm trying to convert bf4 sens to modern warfare warzone, there was pinned post here a while ago explaining how monitor distance vertical at 0% is the best(no clue what that means), so I'm using that but it feels so slow, i'm a laser in bf4 but I cant track a simple target running across the screen in warzone? here are my settings if some kind soul is willing to help me. Do I need to line up fov, cuz fov for bf4 ads with iron sight is different from modern warfare ads iron sight even with fov scaling with ads turned on(affected in warzone) and with hipfire sens matching for both games, is that the reason warzone sens feels slow, cuz im too zoomed in with the weapon.

Seems like one requires a degree in rocket science to be able to use this calculator, I'm a premuim member or lifetime use calculator whatever its called btw, idk if that matters.

Thank you

the calculator works fine

just read the instructions

I did read it, I don't think it's possible to get the same sens between these two games, because the fov change between these games is so different from one another I play with 74 vertical fov in bf4 which results in 67.272727 vertical fov when aiming down the sight with 1x sight, now If I line up bf4 hipfire fov to mw I have to use 106.52 horizontal(74vertical) but when you use holo sight in mw, it results in fov of 43.110276 VFOV which is way less than bf4, now if you try to match ads sens sensitivity for 1x scope(67.272727) from bf4 to holo sights in mw instead of hipfire, I can't line up the sensitivity, as I would need to enter 145.5 HFOV in modern warfare to get 67.272727 VFOV which would match with bf4 1x sight, bad news the game doesn't support higher than hfov120/89vfov.

HI ,

you pretty much answered your question right there .

if the FOVs are different you can either match 360 or matching your MD% to a certain number like MDH 100% or MDH 0% .

i think that COD is pretty hard to convert from/to any game since it seems like all the guns and sights have a different Fov . so you need to match your "perfect" sens to something that you use most IMO . like for example when i go from CSGO to R6 i dont use 74 as my normal FOV and instead i use 82 so that when i ADS with all the non zoomed sights i get the same FOV as i do in csgo and then i match the sensitivity of csgo to my ads .

find what gun and sight you use most and convert that , i think that might be better for you .

ideally you'd use 360 hipfire and just match at 0%vert for scopes and ads (better off ignore the different scope fov )
