WSP is the sensitivity setting in windows, if you have CPI (DPI) in the mouse set, say 1600, but in windows you want 800, then you need to set 4/11.

Enhance pointer precision is an acceleration, this is what the curve looks like.

L4D4 does not have raw input, so it is based on WSP.
