Select 4:3 Stretched for CSGO and use MDH. Exactly what percentage depends on what you want, try 0 and 100 first.

You are selecting 4:3 Black Bars on those, select 4:3 Stretched if that's what you are using.

On csgo i use 4÷3 black bars

Ok, then there's technically no difference in sensitivity, you just see a bit less on the sides.
