Fortnite to Palworld same fov

Fortnite 16：9 fov： 80   to Palworld  will be Config FOV ：21。 

But I want better Config FOV is 21.412782  。   I want to  know the palworld  allow the non-integer?

I chenge fov in cfg 21 but not useful

This looks like HxD, so select the FOV bytes and enter the decimal value in the Single (float32) section on the right:
