  1. just checked the description and ads in game its meant for shoulder aim and non magnifed scope is for actual ads, i guess is working as intended just bad description of the ingame settings .. my bad
  2. hey @DPI Wizard sorry to bother you could u check and/or conffirm the calculation for ads is working fine? there is a diffference in the 360º/cm and sensitivity on ads when u pick "all" and "ads" ads all
  3. u will be able to change weapons, sights, scopes a lot more faster and with no need to load the map over and over everytime u need to change something. i think in 2 years there has been 3 wipes, but after every wipe u will lose the shooting range, so ye .. it can speed things up a little but its nothing like another fps with free ranges to test everything, like pubg
  4. its not that hard but i need to invest a few hours to get the stuff needed source: https://escapefromtarkov.fandom.com/wiki/Hideout#Shooting_range and u can only test stuff that u own, so no free gun/scopes/sights testing.... this aint a game for casuals, but for sure some of the players that interact here will ahve no problem providing the guns and etc that u need
  5. there is one, in your "base" after some progression with the quests and stuff have to build to be able to use the "test range"
  6. Hey @DPI Wizard, i was converting my usual sensitivity from tarkov to scavengers and noticed that the pixel ratio from the top calculation only displays on "default mode", but not in "advanced mode" i was trying to match and/or make the pixel ratio closer to each other by changing the fov in scavengers because i cant get a 1:1 match using the same dpi and fov, the information of pixel ratio for the "top calculation" does not show in advanced mode, only in default ... so can u add it to advanced mode? just stuff that nerds use, thanks
  7. thank you for helping with this
  8. aiming sensitivity is the same for every gun
  9. here is how to get a pistol currently am level 9 ingame after a few hours of messing around and i just got to the stage of using a few guns after killing a few zombie cops https://dyinglight.fandom.com/wiki/Firearms#:~:text=Firearms can be found in,usually at Level 15%2B Survivor.
  10. hey @DPI Wizard i know this game doest not let you change the aiming sentivity in any way, but by using scripts on logitech gaming software we can easily setup a hold right click mixed with a custom dpi. would it be possible to add the calculation for aiming sensitivity to know the exact dpi i need to use in the script ill add bellow? here is the script am using .. that is working just fine, the game profile has two dpi setup, dpi 300 for 360º ( normaly i use 400 dpi but with 300 and 6 clicks i get my normal 360º cms from other games ) but i cant figure out the dpi for aiming sensitivity, because that one is slower that the normal one this script uses the functionality " dpi switch" with the default at 300 and the dpi switch at 400 which activates while holding right mouse and goes back to 300 when u release ( trying to find the sweet spot for dpi aiming, but currently cant find it) sorry to bother you with an old game, but recently it was jus too cheap to not get it in a sale with all the dlc's available, thanks for any help function OnEvent(event, arg) if event == "PROFILE_ACTIVATED" then EnablePrimaryMouseButtonEvents(true) end if event == "MOUSE_BUTTON_PRESSED" and arg == 2 then PlayMacro("DPI UP") else if event == "MOUSE_BUTTON_RELEASED" and arg == 2 then PlayMacro("DPI Down") end end end

  12. i understand that is a grind and also understand the way the game works that we get different pixel ratios with different sights and scopes, i dont intend to be an asshole or be annoying demanding things, i think a lot of us that use the calculator could use the calculator just for some of the "most" used sights and/or scopes and be done with it, the devs are supposed to fix the problem with uniform sensitivity and i understand that is not fair to make you calculate every single sight and scope because of the incompetence of the devs of the game. maybe check the calculation for some and be done with it. sights: pk-06, P1X42, Eotech 553 ( i think those 3 sights have the same fov/pixel ratio/feel). scopes: ELCAN Specter DR 1x/4x, HAMR 4x24mm, EOtech Vudu 1-6. at least for me, i just need the calculation for the pk-06 bc i prefer use that and deal with higher/lower sensitivities in other sights / scopes as i play, but i want/need the same hipfire/ads sens for guns with a pk-06 and start adapting from there to play the game with a little more confortable/known mouse movement. thanks for your work.
  13. 10+ days since the patch went live and still i cant get the calculations for ads with basic sights in the game. its disappointing,.
  14. any update with the calculations for the sights?
