Is it possible to use the Vertical/Horizontal scaling multiplier to get a more precise sensitivity?

I might just be stupid, but I don't see it anywhere. Is it just gone now? Is it Vertical Horizontal now? I tried Vertical Horizontal, but it seems to be different from one of my previously converted sensitivities.
