Thanks all for answering. I have a doubt, at 100% MDH, sensitivity will be faster at higher zoom levels, right?

I have always used 0% MDH, but I have seen many games use 100% (PUBG, Fornite, Destiny 2, Valorant, Splitgate, Back 4 blood). What would you do, keep using 0% or change to 100% and get used to it. What I dont like of 0% is that, in those games I have to chose a sensitivity for one zoom level and if I use another weapon with different zoom level it wont match 0%, otherwise 100% will always match with all zoom levels. I hope I explained well...

Can't modify ads sens? what MDH does it use?

Aim Sensitivity is the same for all weapons? or each weapon have a different zoom? What gun is it calculated for?

It seems like X/Y sens aren't the same for 1st and 3rd person too. Well, I just ralize that when you have the weapon equipped the sensitivity is the same, but if you have it holstered it's not

I'm having the same issue... from 200+ fps to 30-40 with 2080ti and 9900k too...
