Regarding the resetting of the mouse-sens values in the config file: Im pretty sure it happens, if you hit "apply" in the in-game control settings, after changing the in-game mouse sens or key bindings. If you hit "apply", the game will use the in-game mouse sens settings and override the custom ones (LastConvertedMouseSensitivity)in the config file. If you change graphic settings for example, and apply those, the custom mouse sens in the config file stays.
