apexlegends How do I calculate optimal zoom/optic sensitivities for Apex Legends?

I play Apex and was wondering how to use the calculator here to get 1:1 ads/hipfire or whatever the most optimal values are if someone could be so kind to enlighten me. I currently use a 2.469091 hipfire sensitivity and 1.7143 FOV (in config settings) Help is greatly appreciated
