The value in the config file seems to reset itself everytime I run the game. How do I know if it's worked?

cant seem to get the thing to work in conjunction with the FOV Calculator, or just the FOV Calculator by it self

That is correct (check the notes). The calculator doesn't support FOV multipliers as of now, I need to update it.

For me the calculator says 'LookLeftRightSensitivity=0.615612' it appears about correct. however when i set 'LookUpDownSensitivity=0.615612' up down is clearly much slower than left/right.

It might be 70% off like other UE4 games was at a time, I'll check it and update it.

I'm not sure if this is working correctly anymore but the sensitivity seems a lot slower than it should be.

This is a smoothing issue, I've updated the game notes with instructions on how to disable it :)
