This is updated now. The FOV for the ADS only changes when you go below 90, when above it's the same as before.

If you're using the in-game slider, note that it is not accurate so there will be a discrepancy.

The game uses monitor distance 100% by default, so it is correct that all weapons show the same sensitivity.
