Is mouse sense actually the same among all quake series? While for q3,q4 and ql it seems so for quake 1 (qw) its completely off for some reason..

They all use the same algorithm (the same as Source games etc), but Quake 1 do have a bit of acceleration even with -dinput turned on. Is it off by much for you?

Its like ~20cm on standart 400 dpi and default 5 sense in q3/q4/ql which is close considering human error and dpi innacurace. but for quake1 it gives me like 14,5-15

With new official "remaster" sourceport, the game defaults m_forward to 0, even though the original and other Quake engine based games (including Source engine) by default use m_forward 1, which might make the aiming feel laggy in the new version.

The new command for mouse sensitivity is now "cl_sensitivity" and the config file is kexengine.cfg inside %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\Nightdive Studios\Quake
