All aims are added now! Some seem to have different zoom depending in the tier, will update as I find them.

Just create the file and add the config lines to it. I tested it now and it works as intended.

Can it just be a text file? Because I have no idea on how to create a config file

Yes, just a plain text file with the correct name. You can just copy any of the other config files and rename it and change the content if you are unsure :)

There seems to be a zoom setting not tied to any weapon in the config file "MouseSensitivity_Zoom=". Any idea what this changes?

This is the sensitivity applied to all weapons if "Individual Firearm Aim Sensitivity" is turned off (or bIndividualMouseSensitivity=False in the config file).

Hey, kind of an unorthodox and annoying question, is there a way to approximate what my sens is with smoothing on vs off? In UE games almost always disabling smoothing = a higher felt sensitivity, i'd like to know if theres a way to retain the feeling of the speed after adapting to smoothing on, so that i can emulate that speed without the smoothing.

No, the smoothing is variable and random, to the extent that it's not even possible to replicate with scripts. So it's more or less impossible to calculate this unfortunately.
