How bad is the accel in this game? Other sites don't even seem to be aware that this game has accel, so it can't be that bad, right?

1% sounds negligible. In real world scenarios, what does that number represent? How much would it affect aiming?

It shouldn't affect it at all. If you have 20 cm 360 distance, that's only 2 mm. I can measure it, but you probably can't feel it :)

Hello, I would like to know why did you change the "measurement" settings for this game recently and I would love to have the old one back with the new one too if it's possible... Because now i have to try to calculate myself if I want the exact same sens, in case  I change of mouse or screen. Cheers, awesome job by the way, use it in almost every games. Your yt content is enjoyable too, love mouses ^^

EDIT: I guess the new settings are set to scale  the "slow mode" (sensitivity without this 1% accel, on slow pace movement) because it gives me + fast sens now

There was a tiny adjustment to the calculation after a more thorough analysis of UT2003 which uses the same sensitivity.

The difference is only about 0.046%, so it shouldn't make any impact on your actual sensitivity.

Or is it something else you are referring to?

Sorry for the late replie, nono that's what I've been refering to. 0.046 is accel value's half, so yeah I might feel it in game, one point or another... So could you please add the old calculation system with the new one, because now I can't have the same exact feeling anymore if I change my monitor 😕

I assume you will need to work on your website for doing so, I don't care if it takes time, I'll appreciate it anyway

My english might be bad, sorry i'm fr. Bye mouses addict ^^
Cheers

Ok, I see the issue now. In addition to adjusting the base calculation, I also fixed the FOV used in the calculation. It was using the wrong FOV before and is correct now. So the old one, while you might have gotten used to it, was wrong in terms of 360 distance.

I've added the old one back as a special option for the game, select "Old (Broken)" to use it. I suggest you convert your old sensitivity value to the new one and use this in the future as I will remove the old one :)

Thank you so much dude, really. It will be cool if you let the old "broken" option, I can't know in advance if my hardware gonna change, you see ? I will make the calculation for my actual screen though. Bye man.
