The sensitivity accuracy does not seems to be accurate. My sensitivity in Back 4 Blood is 14 with a DPI of 800, which the calculator tells me translates to 2.969400 in Ziggurat 2 with a 13.77 inch 360.

However, when I punch that into the config file, the sensitivty in-game is very very low, and it is actually closer to a 30+ inch 360.

Does the in-game sensitivity change according to your config file value? It will round up so it should show 3. Also are you sure your mouse DPI doesn't change when launching the game?

Figured out the issue. Recently set up dual-boot with Linux and had Ziggurat 2 installed on Linux with Back 4 Blood installed on Windows.

Apparently it turns out 800 DPI means something wildly different on Linux than it does on Windows.
