The game is using 4:3 FOV, but if you play in 21:9 it just stretches the 16:9 image.

Sorry I should have clarified,

I'm using a different PC with a 16:9 screen. I usually play with a 118 HFOV (in 16:9) which I could have sworn was reflected with a 118 in the FOV field of the calculator, but now it's saying I need to use 103 for 118 HFOV. When I put 103 in the game itself it doesn't feel right. Unless I've been playing with 131 this entire time?

It was wrong before, I didn't realize the image is stretched on 21:9 so I measured the 21:9 FOV and assumed the game was using 16:9 based FOV, when in fact it is using 4:3 FOV. It should be correct now.
