from game to game I use different fov and have match at 0 I was told that the 360 wont feel the same but the aim will. So in other games like tf2 my shot feels like how it should but in fortnite hip is good but my ads feels to fast any reasons why ???

Although the angle of view remains identical when targeting, the camera shifts position. My assumption would be to scale the sensitivity proportionately with the change in camera position, but I don't know the values and it is probably different per weapon. (I don't play Fortnite).

Try setting Targeting to 0.75, Scope to 0.65, (these values remain constant as they are ratios), and set the base sensitivity value to anything you like.
