Ghost of Tsushima DIRECTOR'S CUT

The sensitivity and FOV changes depending on certain actions and where you are (indoor etc). The calculations are for the view when you move around outdoor.

Warface

I play on 800 DPI and 22 Sensitivity on Warface and I do about a 380 on a whole swipe of the mouse pad. I used the caculator to convert it for other games I tried tons of other games and the sensitivty is almost double mine on Warface. My aim on Warface is flawless and I was wondering if you could fix the caculator?

Warface has been a little back and forth regarding sensitivity, maybe they have changed it again. I'll check!

Hi,

This seems inaccurate because of FOV probably. Default FOV is 60 in WF, not 75.

Some people takes a 360 rotation by 4 X (Horizantal Resolution), some takes it Pi(3,14) X (Horizantal Resoluiton.) Which one is actually correct and you are using?

Also if I want my DPI not to be effected by in-game sensitivity, what must be the in game sensitivity. Must it be default 45 or 1 or 100?

And is there a good program, that will accurately measure the distance mouse traveled on the pad, with a given DPI or no DPI at all?

Your distance calculator is not exactly what I am looking for.

Thanks...

Sensitivity in Warface is unaffected by FOV, so that should matter. The default FOV is 75 in 4:3 resolution, for 16:9 it's 91.31.

As for a tool for measuring mouse distance, that's kinda what the analyzer does, but I guess the output could have been different for what you are asking. Maybe I can do some updates to it.

Are you using the steam version? I just checked against it, and the calculations are spot on for me.

Ty for the reply. I use normal launcher version not steam version as well.

Is there a way that you measure the FOV yourself or you are fetching it from game files?

If you use this start parameters for its own launcher, it will give you the FOV as 60 and you can not change it in game, though you gave it as a start parameter.

"D:\WARFACECLONEEU\Warface\bin32\game.exe" -gscache D:\WARFACECLONEEU\warface\ -gsreleasehash f990d4768e02941f80b7737219c249dbbc7fdcfa -gsserver http://gs.crytek.com/warface -gfacelivesessionid -gfaceenv live -gfaceauthtoken 24a247e1-9d7f-4e28-87f9-e8dc66bea3cb -msgport 3 -msgwindowid 2556624 +online_server=com-eu.wfw.warface.com -enable_steam 0 +cl_fov

Which will give you this result.

I want to be able to measure the distance inside the game. Because doing it with rulers and papers in not always accurate. How do you make those measurements for example?

Also can I get answer my other questions as well?

Hey,

I just want to let you know that the Warface mouse sensitivity settings have been altered (albeit slightly). Here mentioned in it's patch notes for yesterdays update:

  • Migration to newer technologies (Visual Studio 2012 and Direct Input 8). As a result, some players may have to change their mouse sensitivity with the update. You can change it in the game settings.

I don't know if this might affect the current mouse sensitivity sync on this website, but ye just letting you know.

Anyway thanks for reading :)
