Sensitivity for this game has to be set in the registry.

Am I doing this right? With these settings I get closer to 17.8 something ish cm. I double checked the dpi was right in Overwatch.

Also how could I get the fov to be 77 exactly?

Set the FOV in the registry to 405340 to get 77 vdeg:

Regarding the sensitivity, forgot to mention that this game has quite a lot of acceleration, so you will probably overshoot the target with the calculated sensitivity. Haven't found a way to disable it, but lowering your report rate should help some.
