None of the previous Mafia games have had a mouse input that works properly, and this one seems to be in the same category. The negative acceleration is huge, but in this one it might be a bit more stable so I'll check it a bit more.

Sensitivity in this game is currently affected by framerate, so it's too unstable to be added. Will keep an eye on it to see if any future update fixes this issue.
