"All" conversion have always required a premium membership, they require conversion methods other than the free 360 distance to work.

I have added the 3rd person viewpoint now, and also updated the FOV type from vdeg to hdeg 4:3 which is correct.

Additionally I've added instructions and support for modifying the FOV using the unofficial 1.3 patch.
