I can't find a way to set the sensitivity in this game, even with the AiO patch. Everywhere I try to set it gets reset on launch or does not register. Torque.ini in the game folder or under My Games, GameConfig.ini or even just in-game.

Even with the SMOD, sensitivity in this game is completely broken. A lot of packet loss and acceleration.
