Arma 2 and Arma 2 OA are the same, no difference, plus the mod doesnt change anything in sensitivity - so the DayZ mod calculations are sufficient enough.

I play a lot of DayZ, Arma 2/OA and the x-y sensitivity values don't seem to match up- In Arma 3 if I set them to the same value then the x-sens is the same as the y-sens but in Arma 2/OA and DayZ it seems like the y-sens is way too low if I set them both to the same number, if you get a chance could you look into this and see if the y-sens should be something like 3 times the x-sens, or whatever? Basically I want the same movement speed up/down as left/right, how can I achieve this?

It's based on the source engine, so it should use the same calculation. Might as well try out the same settings as it tells you for garry's mod or half-life to see if it's close.
