my main game that I'm transferring all my settings over to other games is TF2 . I use 1907X1071 and in the config on the website its set on 4:3 should I leave that alone  or change it to Hedg 16.9????

Leave it at the default selection since that is what the game uses. It's not related to your aspect ratio, but what kind of FOV Type measurement is used by the game. The only reason to change it is if you want to convert from other types.
