sorry for necro but there's a mod for resident evil 4 that has mouse turning and turning speed limitations removed, can now fully turn character using mouse, maybe calculation can be done properly now?

 

needs to be installed on re4 ultimate edition from steam and have the mod "HD Project Mod v1.0" (has "repack" already for AIO install)

@DPI Wizard bumping this for possibility, as RE4R is going to be released next year this game should have a bit of traction

Still issues, small movements are not registered and there's quite a bit of acceleration so still not possible.
