Seems like sens is affected by WPS or something? Putting in the sens-s right now makes my mouse egregiously slow compared to what it should be.

Make sure you are using the in-game calculation if you set the sensitivity there, is this the issue maybe? WPS don't affect it, and there doesn't seem to be a smoothing issue. But if you are using a polling rate above 1000 Hz and have slow movement, it can be a good idea to try 1000 Hz.

I've update the game with new FOV range, new FOV for ADS and fixed the sensitivity calculation to be spot on (it was off by about 0.02%).

Are we sure the Polygon calculator is up to date? It seems to give wrong results for me at least at 360/cm department and in-game ADS sensitivity calculation fails always saying the value is outside of the limits.

The in-game ADS calculation had an error, it is fixed now.

Hipfire is correct, but note that the slider is notoriously inaccurate so I would suggest using the config file.
