with the sens that I use 1600 dpi 1.16 overwatch and i try to convert to h1z1 and it says its to fast or to slow ?? 

Yeah, as it says it's too low for H1Z1. The result of your calculation is actually -0.189178, which obviously won't work. 

If you set your FOV to max in H1Z1, and try with 800 DPI instead it should work.
