When I convert Apex to Super People using distance, for example, I get this:

What does that -11.312 inches number actually mean in-game? Like will my turns sometimes be 11 inches off?

you might have already noticed the different colous the numbers have, those indicate the level of discrepancy to the number you wanted to match initialy

the max .... value jsut shows you how significant the biggest discrepancy is.

generally you should be able to keep those numbers realtively small when you properly use the calc and set location to config file whenever possible and match the fov

This shows you the highest discrepancy of all the aims in the calculation. If you switch to Advanced mode you will see the discrepancy for each aim.

What it means is that one of the aims has a 360 distance 11.312 inches shorter than it should be. This is due to the lack of decimals in the sensitivity settings for the game.
