What is your DPI, polling rate and typical sensitivity setting (360 distance)?

DPI 2700, polling rate 500hz, sensitivity setting in game i usually leave as it is, i play at 4k, when i lower the sensitivity in game almost to minimum and set high dpi its helps litlebit but does not remove the problem completely.

500 hz is the problem. for high refresh rates, you ideally need 1000hz as a bare minimum. and if 1000-4000 hz polling rate doesn't help, then perhaps you need to plug your mouse directly into your computer and not into a hub, if it already isn't.
