  1. Name: Code VeinWebsite: https://store.steampowered.com/app/678960/CODE_VEIN/Status: ReleaseRelease date: September 26th, 2019Availability: Buy to play
  2. Wow, so many lucky people! The game actually starts for you... XD
  3. It's twice slower for the 15x (12x actually) for me, cause it went out of scale, but it never drops anyway (I have almost 900 hours and I got it once). All other scopes match ADS on 360 distance. I use: 1.0101inch 360 distance for Hipfire 2.2957inch 360 distance for ADS, 2x, 3x ,4x ,6x, 8x 6.8871inch 360 distance for ADS, 2x, 3x ,4x ,6x, 8x with DPI shift 4.5914inch 360 distance for 15x 13.7742inch 360 distance for 15x with DPI shift (though I don't think ever actualy used it) Mouse base DPI = 3600 Mouse DPI shift = 1200 Hipfire FOV = 103 MouseSensitiveList= PS: I don't have BFV, I just now it can do it.
  4. What do you mean it would be insanely fast? Same 360 distance means same speed. I move my mouse X inches to rotate Y degrees. With same 360 distance the speed is the same no matter the zoom level. I think you are getting confused by and optical illusion, cause it in fact LOOKS faster (cause of FOV), but you actually cover the same in-game distance. And it is possible in most PC games (PUBG, BFV etc.). I usually have trouble with console imports like Destiny 2 or this game exactly.
  5. Well, I use same 360 distance on all scopes in all games and I'm owning. That's the only way you can learn to use your muscle memory properly. Otherwise you just have to eyeball everything which is way slower and has many disadvantages (eg. you can't aim if you can't see the enemy, like flash grande for example). Well, I won't play the game then.
  6. What does MDV0 mean? Can you have same 360 distance on all scopes in this game?
  7. If you aim using muscle memory then the 360 distance is the way to go. Use this if you want to carry over your aiming skills. If you don't know if you have a muscle memory you can check it this way: - spawn in your game - look at the targets (at least 2) - close your eyes - shoot them - Open your eyes. If you hit all the targets you have a muscle memory. The other options are supposed to make the game feel more familiar, by matching the perceivable camera velocity. But they don't help in aiming at all (unless you count placebo that is).
  8. I'm sorry, my bad... the sensitivities were correct. The issue was that you set them differently now. They used to be coded as "MouseSensitiveName". Now they are coded as "SensitiveName", so you have to rewrite everything in the config file. I just didn't realize that, and that caused the issue.
  9. After the Sahnok patch all ADS calculations are incorrect. Pls fix.
  10. Update the Conan Exiles calculator with .ini configurations, please. Thanks.
  11. But that means that I'm right. XD That means that increasing the DPI lowers the mouse travel distance to count.
  12. I don't understand then. It moves faster, so how wold that not affect it? If I'm wrong, I want to know why...
  13. Actually I just did the testing by myself cause reading this post got me thinking. I did an experiment which proved that the 'accuracy loss' is at the least negligible (if not not existent). So as I said I don't know what a 'dot' is, but you also use pixels as measurement (and suggest that high DPI moves cursor multiple pixels per count) so I used pixels as measurement. So the experiment was simple: I set my mouse to 12000DPI (6 WPS), and guess what... I can still move a single my cursor by a single pixel. That leads to two possible explanations: Either the DPI scaling works as I suggested and has no impact on 'dots per count', or the 'dots' are so small that incrementing the DPI even by extreme amounts, like hundreds of times has no noticeable effect on pointer precision. Anyway no matter what the truth is I think everyone here looks for the practical explanation. And for that I would say that the limitation with the high DPI is on human side; It's just you who can't make that precise movement; not the machine. So even if there is no technical limitation you still don't want your mouse to move if someone farts in the other room, right?
  14. This explanation is extremely simplified. I have a few questions: What is a 'dot'? How 'big' it is? I understand that count is a minimal mouse movement that can be registered by machine. Right? If so, why do we even set up a DPI (or rather Dots per Count would be a proper term), if it lowers the accuracy, while we could simply lower physical mouse travel distance per count what would increase mouse speed without lowering the precision? How to calculate in game degrees per count ratio?
  15. ADS sensitivity calculation is extremely off. It end up over 6 times faster than it was meant to be.
