I did, but paid about half of what the Steam price is. Is it really that bad lol? Haven't played it yet, just analyzed it.

The sensitivity data is incorrect. Setting m_sensitivity to "1" results in a 360° distance of approximately 22 inches
Values from Wolfenstein: The Old Blood looks more likely

These two games are identical in the config file (other than The Old Blood has smoothing that needs to be turned off), so not sure how you are getting different results? Can you share the conversion using the purple share button?
Note that Youngblood has two conversions, the in-game is completely different from config file.
