The file might not be created until you change some sensitivity setting in-game and exit.

I cannot find a file either located control file at all. I have attempted changing the sensitivity multiple times in the game as well as playing a few matches changing controls and no file shows up. I cannot find the user folder at all. Any help with this? Also is there any chance of ADS Sensitivity? Thanks!

There was a lot of changes to this game, updated it now. No ADS sensitivity though.

Thank you for the update! I literally couldn't find that control file anywhere!! Is there anyway you could at least let me know the FOV for the ADS and the Sniper Scope? I could adjust the 360 distance to match another game with similar FOV.

I haven't analyzed the sniper scope, but if I end up getting one I'll try to get it done.

thanks that would be awesome! Yeah with the ADS FOV I would be able to use another game's FOV that matches to find out my 360 turn and could use that as a rough conversion process.
