Please help with FOV 2 games

So i play 2 games , bf1 and CS.GO 

I play csgo only to train my aim for bf1 (only workshop maps so i can change fov)

In bf1 i play with an vertical FOV of 65 horizontally 81, in csgo its default 90 ?

 

If i change the vertical FOV in csgo to 65 the same as in bf1 what option is better to calculate? 0%mm or 360/cm.

My focus is to create muscle memory and hold hip/ads 1:1

Any help would be great!

 

Bf1 sense 0.00388

800dpi

27inch 2560x1440

USA on coefficient 0%

All zoom sensitvities 100%

Ads fov ON

EDIT, i changed bf1 to fov 74 , i think now its good.. both  0%mm and distance also
