Should I Force output game's FOV for maximum muscle memory efficiency

Recommended Posts

Hello, I am starting on this site and I've read the FAQ megathread, thus decided to adopt the mm 0% -vertical.

Should I manually match the output game's FOV with the Input game's FOV for maximum muscle memory efficiency?:

Ok May I consider let the default FOV of the game ?:

In fact, is FOV really important to keep that muscle memory working?

Sorry quite new to the concept

Yes, this method is superior to any other as it makes the hipfire sensitivity identical regardless of conversion method. It's not possible for all games though, but if you can match it do it.

You've probably already done it, but note the config FOV in the output that shows you what you need to configure to get the desired FOV. For Apex you also have a "Config File FOV" option under aims that will show you the exact config file FOV which is 100% accurate. The in-game FOV slider is very inaccurate.

Fast and Helpfull response, thank you :)

Oh and btw, I am wondering if there is a point of training aim on aimbooster.com (2D) with my FPS sens converted to Desktop sens which is 300 DPI in my case. But I guess 3D aim booster is better ?
