There's no numerical value to the sensitivity or FOV in-game, in any file I could find or in the registry. So this can't be added.

I thought I had this game figured out, but when I started playing I noticed that sensitivity randomly changed. Also smoothing can not be turned completely off, so it's unsupported for now.

It may have negative mouse acceleration which would be nice if it could be disabled with an ini tweak. The FOV can be changed between 81 and 109 (horizontal).

Could you see if the sensitivity is more stable now since the game is in full release?  They said on their Trello that they'd updated it.
