It sounds like starfield has mouse accel on and some other janky stuff which you're likely already aware of, but in case you're not:

^custom .ini to disable mouse accel, fix horizontal/vertical sens based on aspect ratio.

Star field is added, ADS coming soon. No accel or jank here, might be graphics driver related if something experience it perhaps?
