What did I wrong? Six Siege to CSGO

When I convert my sensitivity rainbow six siege to cs go inconsistency 0, but if I try convert sensitivity cs go to six siege give me inconsistency.

this is the first mistake i can notice 

given that there is likely something wrong with the way you are entering numbers here there is no way of helping you if you dont show us whgat you entered

I thought it should be "0%". What the different between "-0%" and "0%"?

They are rounded values to the nearest 4 decimals, so "0%" might be 0.00002% and "-0%" might be -0.00002%.

Does your siege sens feel a little slower than cs? Try it without raw mouse input in siege.

Or at least this was the case in the past
