Can anyone explain why the monitor distance vertical is displaying 51 across all xS, when i first entered the settings it was showing the actual numbers and not just 51.

What do you mean by actual numbers? The ADSMouseMultiplierunit? You can only set one ADSMouseMultiplierunit, it can't be set for each scope. So you can select to calculate this in the special options, the purpose of this is to get one scope perfect while the others have to be off by a small amount due to the lack of decimal support for the individual scope sensitivity values.

what i meant was the first time i selected monitor distance vertical it displayed numbers for example 51, 53, 60 , 65 and so on now its just 51, 51, 51 , 51

That depends on the setup. What you have with all at 51 is probably MDV 0%, which is what the game uses by default, so all the scopes will have the same sensitivity.

oh right okay thanks, wasnt sure if all 51 was actually 0%.  I see what ur saying now ty ty.
